ANTWERP post 1

Took a road trip to Antwerp during my time in Paris. If you ever have the chance you should definitely check it out! It’s a small city where mostly everything is in walking distance. There was some pretty cool shopping and we stayed at a great bed and breakfast called BOULEVERD LEOPOLD. The definite highlight of the trip was going to the MoMu and seeing the MAISON MARTIN MARGELIA 20th Anniversary Exhibition. It was amazing! The House really shows how much hard work it takes to make something look so simple…and he loves to make it disco!

PARIS POST 2

Did something cultural today in Paris. One name that pops into my head when i think of Parisian style is Sonia Rykiel. And to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Sonia Rykiel, Les Arts Decoratifs is featuring a retrospect of her designs as well as designs inspired by the Rykiel woman from the current roll call of amazing designers from Ricardo, to Jeremy Scott, to Karl Lagerfeld. I attached some of my favorites below…SO FUCKING ROMANTIC!

PARIS post 1

I recently came to Paris to visit our very special friend, Florent (otherwise known as Paris Helder). It’s one of our most favorite cities and I’ll be randomly posting doses of all things Parisian. As soon as i stepped off the plane I took a well needed disco nap before heading to FLASH COCOTTE at La Java which was a great mix of sparkle tops, dandy ties and people who were out to party! They definitely know how to do it in Paris! They also played our our Let’s Go to War Making a Scene Remix!…props.
